Harold Glenn McBride(1949 - 2018)

Harold Glenn McBride formerly of Sherman Texas quietly left us to be with the Lord July 30th at his home in Knoxville, TN. He was born October 10th, 1949 in McKinney TX to his loving parents, the late Porter Lee and Dottie Faye McBride. Harold was a very talented musician and songwriter, carpenter, and guitar teacher. His love for the Lord and his family is reflected in numerous gospel songs he composed. He also owned and operated Halls Music Center for over 10 years and taught dozens of local people how to play various musical instruments. At a young age, Harold developed a passion for all sports. He once shot a 68 (4 under par) at a golf course in Orlando at Disney World, witnessed by his son. He especially loved watching and coaching baseball, the Dallas Cowboys, and University of Tennessee Volunteers. He loved to hunt and fish and always looked forward to hunting trips with his brothers and friends.
Harold deeply loved all his family and He will be greatly missed by his immediate family and friends including, son Raymond McBride and wife Susan Johnson City TN, daughters Kendall Kramer and husband Bob, (Wily, Tx) Jessica Decker and husband Daniel, (Jacksonville, FL) Emily Satterfield and husband Jared, (Knoxville), Carly McBride (Knoxville), Hailey McBride (Tazewell), 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
