Buddy was born Friday, May 19, 1950 in Berea, Kentucky to parents J.T. and Beulah Mae (Dixon) Seals and passed from this life on Sunday, November 26, 2017 in Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.

Buddy came to Sherman at the young age of 2. He attended Sherman High School. Buddy was certified in Heating & A/C and had his plumbing license through the City of Sherman. He worked as a Fireman for the City from 1973 until 1985. Shortly after his stint with the Fire Department, he began his work as the City’s building inspector retiring in 2014. Buddy was loved and well-respected in the Sherman/Denison area.

Buddy loved to shoot pool and work on his cars. He loved his family, friends, and his pet Mika.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughter, Monica Bagwell and her husband, Kendall of Whitesboro; grandchildren, Stephanie Fulce, Abigail Fulce, and Zackary Fulce; great-grandchildren, Samantha Fulce, Simon Duhon, Tahylor Smith, Sydnie Duhon, Spencer Fulce, Stormi Duhon, Conner Fulce, and Elizabeth Fulce; sister, Linda Seals Kissinger and her husband, Richard of Fairview, TX, nieces, Michelle Leverette, Kelley Kissinger (Jimmy Brown); great nephews, Dakota Leverette and Joshua Leverette; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, Dec. 2, in the Waldo Funeral Home chapel. Larry Owens, chaplain, with the Sherman Fire Department will officiate.
