SHERMAN - Joe Howard Bruce, age 56, died Thursday, March 30, 2006, at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center.

Graveside services for Mr. Bruce will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, at the West Hill Memorial Park in Sherman with Bishop Larry Goodman, pastor of the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church of Denison, officiating. Burial will follow.

Surviving Mr. Bruce is two daughters, Rhonda Bruce of Sherman and Janice Boyce of Mesquite, Texas; one brother, Lingo Bruce of Sherman; and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Monday at Angelic Mortuary in Sherman, which has charge of arrangements. Public visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
