Bob died on 9/13/1989 as a result of asthma.

Memorial services for Robert James "Bob" Edghill, 39, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.  He died Wednesday at his Houston residence.

The Rev. James Garrard of the church will officiate.

Waldo Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Mr. Edghill was born in Washington, D.C., as son of John and Polly West Edghill.  He graduated from Sherman High School in 1968 and the University of Hawaii in 1972 with a degree in history.

He was employed for the past four years as a legal assistant for the law firm of Sanford B. Kahn in Houston, and was a Lutheran.

Surviving are his mother, of Sherman: brother, Richard Edghill of Sherman; and sister, Anne Edghill Ice of Rowlett
